- What needs to change if you are to meet your organisational goals?
- How will you work out what changes are needed?
- Who will be your Change Champions?
- Who is likely to support the changes?
- Who is likely to resist change?
- How will you work out how to make the changes happen?
- By when does the change need to have happened?
- What resources (capability and/or capacity) do you need to make the change happen?
- What will you do if you don’t have these resources available in house?
- How will you measure progress on change?
- What would you need to know about a fresh approach to change to assess if it might fit your organisation and/or you personally?
More to consider.
You may also find it helpful to consider what kind of support you are expecting. Are you after one, some or all of the following; advice, analysis, decision-making, implementation/action, coaching, or facilitation?
Being clear about this upfront, or at least having a view on it, whilst being open to the possibilities of changing it, will stand you in good stead. You'll find it very useful when it comes to measuring the promises offered in the presentations you will listen to.
