Susan Scott
I’m an experienced Business Psychologist and Wellbeing Consultant with a unique mind body approach to organisational development; which includes wellbeing, organisational and individual behavioural change, senior management leadership development and executive coaching.
My USP is in creating more value for clients by focusing wellbeing, management and leadership development on critical business goals and alignment with the organisation’s strategic plan.
For over 15 years I’ve delivered major bespoke change and leadership programmes on behalf of private and public sector organisations and worked extensively in the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA and Australasia.
More recently I’ve developed my expertise in health, wellbeing and stress management and now, by incorporating this with my previous experience, deliver powerful wellbeing programmes that reduce stress and increase resilience, engagement and productivity at all levels.
